Ecuador – The municipal cemetery in the city of Tulcán, Ecuador, contains more than 300 topiaries, trimmed into both traditional and experimental shapes. In 1936, park director Josè Maria Azael Franco Guerrero planted hundreds of cypress trees in the park’s chalky soil.
